Wanda Sykes gets her own show & Ice Cube stars in his next film as a Cop
Funny lady Wanda Sykes will be hosting her own Saturday night talk show, The Sykes Show, on Fox.The episodes will be an hour long and formatted similar to a panel series. The show will also feature special clips in which it follows Wanda as she films field segments. If it goes well, hopefully Fox will bump Sykes up to five nights a week Monday-Friday. I cannot stand Fox Racist Network, I am interested in the show but don’t know if I will be tuned especially after “Chocolate News & D.L Hughley’s show I don’t know if I can stomach any more comedian talk shows!

According to Variety.com, Cube will play a hard-edged cop whose only soft spot is his sister. After learning that she’s engaged to an affluent white psychiatrist, Cube’s character decides to discourage the relationship by taking his potential brother-in-law for a ride along in his squad car.
Long way from his NWA days, remember the track “F**k the Police” but he was a boy than & now he is a man doing MAN things.
Ice Cube will produce the film along with his Cube Vision partner Matt Alvarez. Ride Along will also be Cube’s first film for New Line Cinema since 2002’s Friday After Next. Cube and Alvarez will do a quick rewrite of the script before they begin shooting this summer.
