T.I. and Soulja Boy performed on stage last Sunday night at the Philips Arena in ATL as fans came out in droves (the show was completely SOLD OUT!) to watch Tip perform live for the last time before he began his 366 day sentence in a prison in Arkansas.
A lot of stories are circulating saying that T.I. and his longtime girlfriend Tameka “Tiny” Cottle tied the knot before Tip reported to Forrest City prison to serve his 366-day prison sentence. The reports state that the couple got married in a secret ceremony last Friday (May 22) in Miami.
T.I. and Tiny are no doubt in love, but him going to prison for a year-and-a-day did not prompt the two to quickly get married in a “secret ceremony” in Miami. A highly placed source close to the couple revealed the news to us yesterday and T.I.’s publicist Sydney Margetson also told Sister 2 Sister that the news is “absolutely not true.”
So there you have it. They’re not married … yet!
25 year old Omar Edwards was shot twice in the chest and killed at about 11pm Thursday night by a fellow officer.
Edwards was leaving his Precinct on 124 st. in Harlem to find a guy trying to steal his car. He pulled out his service pistol and chased the guy about one block.
A group of plain clothes white officers saw the chase from their unmarked car and fired about six shots from a 9mm glot. (they have yet to be identified)
Omar Edwards was a four year veteran who loved his job, and now leaves behind his wife, two kids, and mother.
This just goes to show the mentality of these cops patrolling our streets. They are terrified and their first reaction is always shoot the scary black guy. Maybe these cops will be brought to justice because they killed one of their own, but maybe not.

Reports that singers Christina Milian and The Dream are engaged have been confirmed. The couple is scheduled to have a press conference soon to formally announce their engagement.
Congratulations to the couple but we don’t know if this is real love or Christina locking down a certified hit song writer.
