I have had this pic for a long time as it was published in April however, it deeply saddness me that the one & only publication that delievers us are most beloved celebrities in their rawest form is slowly going under. Ebony Magazine has been a historical staple in the homes of African Americans throughout this nation & a window into our souls for other brothers & sisters internationally. This publication is critical to the health of black media! We must not let Ebony fall under, subscribe today or at least write them a letter explaining your love for the publication and any ideas you have to save it!

R&B beauty RIHANNA has stripped off for a sizzling new men’s magazine photoshoot. The Bajan star, 21, poses in various states of undress for the upcoming January (10) issue of GQ and poses topless in another shot, wearing just a pair of unzipped hotpants with her arms protecting her modesty.

It’s not the first time the Umbrella hitmaker has bared her assets – she oiled up for a sexy fashion shoot with Italian Vogue magazine in September (09), showing off her curves in a pair of panties and a couture coat.

Rihanna’s people must be saying, “Wow, album is flopping so why not; SEX SELLS!” LOL

Rihanna is normally a fashionista by all standards & a modern day trendsetter however this hair do leaves us all to ask: is Rihanna trying out for the St. Louis Rams or endorsing them because her hair looks like she is their biggest fan! Hated IT!!!!!!! Something about this is horribly wrong almost as bad as her new track “Russian Roulette”.

Raven Symone showed up at a United Nations Celebrating Tinkerbell ceremony a few days ago rockin’ a new slimmer figure.

Even though she is most likely wearin a “BODY MAGIC” or spanx underneath that dress, she definitely looks great.

She recently spoke to Star Magazine about her weight loss. Raven-Symoné has always been frank about her weight struggles. “When I’m stressed, I gain,” she says. Judging from her appearance at the Sept. 25 Teen Vogue party in L.A., things are going great for the Disney star! Dr. Michael Aziz, author of The Perfect 10 Diet, believes the 5′2″ actress shed 35 pounds over the past few months. “Raven was obese,” Dr. Aziz tells Star. “Although she’s naturally a full-figured girl, she’s at a much healthier weight now.”

The fashion magazine French Vogue has BUMPED ITS HEAD by painting a white model black for its October issue.

In a shoot styled by its editor-in-chief, Carine Roitfeld, the arms, legs and face of the Dutch model Lara Stone’s are painted with dark make-up. In one picture she wears a head scarf, in another, a white dress made from feathers. In later pages, Stone’s skin is painted powder-white and appears to be cracking.

The pictures for the model-themed issue, which has British supermodel Kate Moss as its cover star, were taken by the American photographer Steven Klein.

As the pictures surfaced on the internet, bloggers criticised the decision to paint Stone’s skin darker. The fashion magazineJezebel ran the pictures on its website saying: “What Klein and Roitfeld should know is that painting white people black for the entertainment of other white people is offensive in ways that stand entirely apart from cultural context”

Meanwhile KingKap72 wrote on gossiprocks.com: “If you want to have the look of a black model, then hire one, don’t paint one.”

The Vogue issue features homages to famous models of the past 20 years. Kate Moss, Yasmin Le Bon and Eva Longoria all pose for fashion spreads. Roitfeld has been tipped to follow in the footsteps of Anna Wintour to become editor-in-chief of US Vogue.

Last week, an Australian variety show became embroiled in an international racism row after a comedy sketch featured men dressed as the Jackson 5 – with their faces painted black.

The American singer Harry Connick Jr, who was acting as a judge on Hey Hey It’s Saturday said: “If I knew that was going to be part of the show I definitely wouldn’t have done it.

“On behalf of my country I know it was done humorously, but we’ve spent so much time trying to not make black people look like buffoons that when we see something like that we take it really to heart.”

Actor and part-time DJ Idris Elba sat in the front row of the audience Wednesday (Oct 14) at a fashion show displaying Russell Simmons‘ new line for his Argyle Couture clothing brand at the Eden Hotel Roc Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida.
The show was held in conjunction with Rock Fashion Week in Miami. Dennis Rodman’s weird azz showed his face at the fashion show too.
