The White House Photo Office has released the official Obama family portrait taken by Annie Leibovitz in the White House Green Room.

After 29 years of marriage, Beyonce and Solange’s parents Tina and Mathew Knowles are getting a divorce and now the former couple has released an official statement confirming the news:
“The decision to end our marriage is an amicable one. We remain friends, parents, and business partners. If anyone is expecting an ugly messy fight, they will be sadly disappointed. We ask for your respect of our privacy as we handle this matter.”
Tina apparently filed for divorce from Mathew shortly after word got out that he had an illegitimate child on the way. According to official divorce court records, Papa Knowles was served on November 16th. In addition, the pair had been legally separated as of January 2009. What will be most interesting about this all is how they will split their fortune, which (for the most part) can be accredited to the success of their oldest daughter Beyonce.
Meanwhile, a friend of the family says that the divorce has been “unraveling for some time” and had nothing to do with Mathew’s affair, which turned public in October 2009 after reports hit the Internet that he had gotten a women (who is not Tina) pregnant.
“It’s a rough time for the family — especially over the holidays,” the source tells Us. “The kids are sad, but it’s been unraveling for some time.” And while infidelity reports have circulated, the pal clarifies that the divorce “really wasn’t about affairs.” Instead, Tina, 55, and Mathew, 58, simply “drifted apart” and led “busy, separate lives.” (Mathew manages his daughters’ music careers, while Tina heads up the House of Dereon fashion line with Beyonce.) “They will try to make it cordial. A judge has dismissed a misdemeanor domestic violence charge against gospel singer BeBe Winans after determining he had seen a counselor as required by prosecutors.
The 47-year-old Winans had been accused of pushing his ex-wife to the ground Feb. 13 during an argument about their children.
General Sessions Judge Gloria Dumas dismissed the charge Friday after the counselor reported Winans did not need treatment.
In a statement Monday, Winans said, “To be exonerated of all charges shows the power of trusting in God, and is a wonderful Christmas gift for me and my children.”
The four-time Grammy winner has recorded gospel albums with his sister CeCe.
Joe Budden’s ex girl Tahiry must like the name Joe because she was spotted over the weekend clubbing with R&B singer Joe. After the two broke up Tahiry has been spotted popping up all over with workout videos and small sitings with 50 Cent.

Luckily, she’s had more success with her follow-up attempts to have a baby: Life & Style can exclusively reveal that the actress, who turned 43 on Aug. 14, is three months pregnant with her second child.
“Halle is overjoyed,” says an insider close to Halle and the baby’s father, model Gabriel Aubry. “The first time, she struggled so much to get pregnant and eventually conceived through in vitro fertilization. This time, the baby was conceived through artificial insemination.”
“She’s just ecstatic to be pregnant again,” the insider tells Life & Style. “She wasn’t sure if she’d have another baby, so she’s very happy!” A rep for Halle didn’t respond to a request for comment.
